Val Elchuk is an emerging artist who is originally from Toronto, Ontario. She has always loved and practiced art and has always been interested in tattooing.
      As a step toward broadening her horizons and becoming a more firmly educated, successful, creative individual, She graduated Haliburton School of the Arts in 2014 with a Visual and Creative Arts Diploma and a specialty in Drawing and Painting.

Valerie’s tattoo career officially began in 2017 and she hasn’t looked back since. “Im grateful to be working at something I love, focused on learning and self improvement with each new challenge”

Shop Rate is $150+tax per hour,

Shop Minimum is $100+tax.

All booked appointments require a deposit of $100 to secure the spot
